MN54L Series Bluetooth Module of Arad Connectivity Successfully Completes FCC and ISED Compliance, Demonstrating Superior Wireless Communication Capabilities

       Arad Connectivity Co., Ltd., today proudly announces that our innovative MN54L Series Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) Module (Nordic nRF54L15 module) has successfully undergone stringent testing and achieved compliance with the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Part 15.247 standard and Innovation, Science and Economic Development (ISED) Canada regulations. This achievement validates the module's international leading performance in wireless efficiency, stability, and regulatory compliance.

 

      Designed and developed by Arad Connectivity, the MN54L Series Bluetooth module is a high-performance wireless solution supporting BLE 1M and 2M (GFSK) transmission modes, operating within the 2400 MHz to 2483.5 MHz frequency range. Comprehensive testing conducted by Shanghai Tejet Communications Technology Co., Ltd. (FCC Accreditation Number CN1352) confirmed that all key performance indicators met or exceeded regulatory requirements.

 

Key highlights from the test report include:

 

  • Optimized Full-Power Performance & Comprehensive Test Pass: The MN54L module achieves compliance while maintaining its optimal 8dBm output power setting, proving its superior design and reliable wireless transmission capability without compromising performance for regulatory adherence. The report indicates that the module successfully passed all rigorous test items, including antenna requirements, output power, occupied bandwidth, spurious emissions (conducted and radiated), band edge performance, power line conducted emissions, and power spectral density.

 

  • Outstanding RF Performance: Measured data shows the MN54L module's conducted output power for BLE 1Mbps is approximately 7.67~8.46 dBm, and for BLE 2Mbps, it is approximately 7.49~7.75 dBm, ensuring the product's stability and safety across various applications. The Effective Isotropic Radiated Power (EIRP) also remained within the ideal range.

 

  • Strict Regulatory Compliance: The module features a permanently attached antenna design with a maximum gain of 3.3 dBi, fully complying with FCC 15.203 antenna requirements. Its 6 dB Bandwidth was measured to be greater than 500 kHz, meeting regulatory specifications.

 

  • Stable and Reliable Operation: Testing conducted under stringent environmental conditions (temperature 21.1°C ~ 24.1°C, humidity 51% ~ 59%) using precision instruments from renowned brands such as Keysight, Schwarzbeck, and R&S, all within valid calibration periods, further validated the MN54L module's stability and reliability in real-world application scenarios.

 

With this international-level compliance, Arad Connectivity's MN54L Series Bluetooth module will offer global manufacturers a streamlined path to enter the U.S. and Canadian markets, providing strong assurance for their products' wireless communication functionalities. Arad Connectivity has submitted the certification application to the FCC and anticipates receiving the official FCC certificate within 2-3 weeks.
